I've been creating sketches for a couple years, but I've been using them for many before that. For me, sketches are an incredible inspiration. There are so many different ways to use one. You can look at one and let the photo placement inspire you or maybe the placement of the embellishments. Sometimes I take a sketch exactly for what it is, and make my page identical to it's layout. Always keep in mind that you can flip sketches on their side or upside down, whatever your heart desires. Those who create sketches do it to inspire you and to get your creative juices flowing so please be kind and remember to give credit where credit is due.
